| How does Groups International conduct a search for the site of my group event? Your Group Travel Expert will work closely with you on all of your hotel details such as budget, location, preferred dates, number of attendees, guest rooms, meeting/function space, food and beverage, optional activities, and any other details that are pertinent to your group event. A thorough search will be conducted of every hotel that meets your exact specifications. In addition, you will be advised of any special offers, cancelled space, and exclusive hotel promotions that may help to further reduce the cost of your program. Your event information will be submitted to all qualifying hotels. These hotels will be asked to respond within 48-hours and a summary of their response will be sent to you for your review.
