Who is Groups International? Groups International LLC is the parent company to i Group Management, i Group Meetings, and i Group Hotels. All of our brands provide services to the managed and unmanaged group travel markets. Why Groups International? Group travel is our only business and everyone associated with the Company are experienced hospitality, travel, meeting and event planning professionals. Our experience and product offerings bring value, convenience and added depth in the strategic sourcing of your next meeting or event. Our scalable infrastructure allows us to facilitate your entire group travel needs or provide only those services and solutions that you deem necessary. What can I expect if I allow Groups International to help me with my group travel needs? Like all of our customers, you will receive the highest customer service and best rates possible. Your travel needs will be assigned to a Group Travel Expert that will act an extension of your group travel program from the time you first speak until your program is consumed. How does Groups International conduct a search for the site of my group event? Your Group Travel Expert will work closely with you on all of your hotel details such as budget, location, preferred dates, number of attendees, guest rooms, meeting/function space, food and beverage, optional activities, and any other details that are pertinent to your group event. A thorough search will be conducted of every hotel that meets your exact specifications. In addition, you will be advised of any special offers, cancelled space, and exclusive hotel promotions that may help to further reduce the cost of your program. Your event information will be submitted to all qualifying hotels. These hotels will be asked to respond within 48-hours and a summary of their response will be sent to you for your review. Your Group Travel Expert will be available at any time to answer your questions and provide you with any additional information and support. What's the next step? The initial search will be narrowed down to a ?short list ? based upon your selection of one or any number of hotels. We will then go back to the hotel(s) that made the short list and negotiate additional concessions to include a further reduction in rate, complimentary rooms, upgrades, and other concessions wherever we can. You've found a home for your next event! All of the details have been negotiated and the hotel has been notified that they have won your important business. We will then setup a web page that will allow you and other members of your group to manage their personal travel details such as hotel reservations and method of payment, just to name a few. |
